Make Your South
Pacific Dreams a Reality
Turquoise waters, white sand beaches and welcoming communities
are just a few of the reasons people buy timeshare in Vanuatu. Many
vacationers are intimidated by the idea of timeshares but the
concept is really quite simple. When owners buy vacation property,
they are actually purchasing an increment of time for usage every
year or every other year. This property will guarantee that you
will have lodging in the destination of your choice, in this case
Vanuatu, for your selected week every year or every other year.
Property Maintenance Fee
You can choose to purchase as many, or as few of these weeks as
comfortably fit into your lifestyle, but you will want to remember
that, even if you aren't able to make time for all the weeks you
own, you will still be responsible for a separate maintenance fee
on each one. Once you own your property, or weeks, outright, this
maintenance fee is the only thing you should have to concern
yourself with; but it is an important factor to consider when
deciding how many shares (weeks) to purchase. There are a couple of
other things you will also want to consider before you buy
timeshare.
Timeshares Vacation Clubs
You'll want to decide whether it's important for you to own
property within a vacation club like Marriott, Hyatt or Hilton.
These organizations, like their hotelier counterparts, have
vacation properties all over the world. Ownership with one
generally guarantees access to all of their properties, but in many
cases vacation clubs are significantly more expensive than other
timeshares. With a vacation club you will be paying for a certain
level of consistent quality, as well as a well-established
name.
It makes sense to buy within one of these clubs if you can
afford it, as you will always be assured that your accommodations
will be up to resort standards. However, if you can't afford to buy
with a vacation club but would still like to use your property to
travel to other locations, you can always purchase a membership
with an exchange company like RCI or Interval International.
Renting Vacation Property
Finally, if you are interested in visiting Vanuatu, but aren't
quite ready to buy timeshare there, consider a vacation property
rental. Renting is a great way to get to know a few different
locations, resorts and neighborhoods so that, should you decide to
buy in the future, you'll have a place to start.
